I am so thankful to all aquatic for not thinking I’m crazy. We’ve had a leak for several years that would come and go then finally was persistent enough to be losing inches of water a day. They came out and tested but didn’t locate the leak at first then Andrew sent the crew out again to fully redo all the testing and double check EVERYTHING! Leak was located in main drain line and fixed within a week. Highly recommend all aquatic for all your pool issues.

We purchased a home in early 2024 and had our pool tested for leak detection. All Aquatic assessed our pool and helped us determine what needed to be fixed and what could wait. This was very helpful in the home buying process. Once we moved in, they repaired a major leak in the bottom of our pool, replaced the deco seal around the whole pool, and replaced the skimmer. Their work was efficient and well done. We also had Andrew Wisenor from the company out to do a pool maintenance class for us which was super helpful. He walked us through how the equipment works and processes for how to clean the pool and maintain the chemicals. Additionally, he has been very helpful in answering questions as they arise and direct us to instructional sources. We plan to have them assess any future needs with our pool!

All Aquatic Pools has been our pool service for over 10 years. They do a fabulous job. They always take their time and leave our pool spotless. During the freeze, they even came over during the freeze to shut down our pool equipment, so it wouldn't freeze, which saved us thousands of dollars. We were able to open our pool in the summer when other pools couldn't after the freeze. They recently retextured and painted our pool concrete along with replacing our mastic around the pool.
